2. No Refund After Successful Payment

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.

Since the PDF download/access is provided immediately after successful payment, orders cannot generally be cancelled and the payment cannot be refunded after the purchase is completed.

3. Order Cancellation

Once payment has been successfully completed, customers cannot cancel the order simply because they have changed their mind or no longer require the digital product.

Cancelling an order from the website, if such an option is available, does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

4. PDF Download or Delivery Issue

If your payment is successful but you are unable to access or download the purchased PDF due to a technical or delivery issue, please contact us.

After verifying the payment/order details, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may manually provide the purchased PDF through email or WhatsApp.

A technical issue with accessing the purchased PDF does not automatically qualify for a monetary refund; our first approach will be to resolve the delivery or access issue.

5. Duplicate Payment

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a duplicate transaction, please contact us with your payment/order details.

We will review the transaction and take appropriate action after verification.
